SUSTAINABILITY TIP ARTICLES
This monthly column authored by Kate Gaertner, and illustrated by Amy Hall are specifically written for North and Northeast Portland. The principles apply to most of the U.S. Read about sustainability tips specific to the Impact categories detailed in Kate’s book, Planting a Seed. These are articles published in Portland, Oregon’s Star-News newspaper. Although references are made to organizations, retailers and utilities found in the Pacific NW region of the US, the tips more generally are applicable to most individuals living in North America.
